Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return.

To be eligible for return, they must be in the same condition as you received them, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you return, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, customized images, goods that do not fit in size. if you are not satisfied with our product. so get in touch for reference pictures
Unfortunately, we cannot return sales items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time before the bank or credit card company also processes and posts the refund.
